Survey's with Valeanto

1. A site survey is offered to our clients to verify all measurements once the client is committed to the purchase and after making a deposit payment. For locations situated further away from our base of operations which is Harlow, Essex, the mileage charge may apply. 

2. For clients who wish to have site a survey without committing to a purchase, Valeanto offers a paid site survey. Please contact us for more information at info@valeanto.com

Prior to the site survey:

1. Submission of Photos

Please provide clear photos of the following areas:

• Entrance: A photo of the entrance of the property, including the main door and surrounding structure.
• Exterior: A general photo of the exterior of the building, capturing any relevant features around the door or the facade of the property.
• Interior: A photo of the interior side of the entrance, focusing on the door and door frame.

These photos will help our team to assess the conditions prior to the survey.

2. Access to the Door Opening or Existing Doors

It is critical that we have unrestricted access to the door frame during the survey. Please ensure the following:

• No Obstructions: The door frame area should be clear and free of any obstacles. This includes ensuring there are no coverings such as:
• Plastic foils
• Wraps
• Temporary construction materials
• Scaffolding
• Any other objects or temporary fixtures that may hinder access to the door or door frame area.

3. General Preparations

To allow our team to perform the survey effectively and without delays:

• Ensure the survey area is safe and accessible.
• Confirm that there are no ongoing construction activities or other works that might interfere with the survey.
